If you have a strong preference on the inner color so that you can use that color on other days, you can write to us below. You can pick from assorted colors in the additional information as stated or you can even choose a certain print from the ones on our site and let us know specifically which one you are referring to. We cannot ensure it will be in stock but we will try our best and get back to you the soonest possible!
Make sure to hand wash and dry after every use of each side. You should still be practicing social distancing by staying 6 feet away from others in public and frequently washing your hands for 20 seconds.
These masks are custom and made-to-order, domestically here in the USA. To facilitate the enormous custom face mask demand, we quickly work on your order given your specific order requirements to ensure top quality and fastest turnaround.
Comfort, especially around the ears, is important. The fabric we’re using for our ear loops is the most comfortable option we’ve found, and it’s also durable, yet still stretchy enough to fit faces and ears of various shapes and sizes.
If the comfortable stretch ear loops feel a little tight initially, please take off the mask and try stretching the ear loops several times with your hands; this should effectively stretch the ear loops enough to provide a comfortable fit. The loops will also stretch over time to conform to your ears.
If the ear loops seem a bit long, simply knot them to shorten the length.
Every stitch needn’t be aesthetically impeccable; it needed to be strong, mostly straight, do the job a stitch does. So, if you see what you think is ever-so-slightly “off” stitching that doesn’t impact the utility of the mask, we ask you to perceive it as a symbol of our work ethic.
We recommend washing your face mask by hand; this will prevent the ear loops from getting caught on other stuff in the washer and dryer, and will help protect your mask.
We don’t have any bleach so we haven’t been able to test whether our masks hold up to repeated bleaching. We do know that repeated bleaching can weaken Cotton fabrics; however, we don’t know how many bleaching cycles it takes for that to become an issue.
We also have not experimented much with ironing the mask; may only be able to take low heat.
